What did Micemedia provide

In addition to AV and IT consultancy and production management, Micemedia provided a Technical Director in eight conference rooms. These directors are responsible for the optimal technical execution of all sessions throughout the day. The Technical Director is an experienced professional and manages all technology partners in the room and ensures that technicians are “on the ball” and fully up to date with the latest information.

Liaising with chairpersons and speakers, (un)expected changes are professionally managed so that they are facilitated by technology and can fully focus on delivering the best possible scientific session to your delegates.

Prior to the event, Micemedia organised briefings with the team of directors, explaining the details of the conference, the client’s expectation and go over all the specifics of each room. Each director received Micemedia’s ‘Tech info package’. This is a detailed description of the room, containing a daily checklist, the production plannings, room floor plans of possible different setups, video diagrams, screen states, safety procedures and much more. This ensures a smooth and flawless day in each of the eight rooms.
