After more than a year of virtual get-togethers, there is so much to share and discuss in person!
At the center of our Bilbao Conference, WindEurope ran an extensive program covering the major issues facing our sector today. This was developed this in close collaboration with hundreds of experts from across the industry and academia, as well as with our Working Groups, Event Ambassadors and Content Partners.
A great event where a conference and an exhibition provided a great opportunity to meet the experts be at the heart of this industry.
What did Micemedia provide
For WindEurope 2022, Micemedia provided the onsite technical consultancy on all audio and video aspects. With our onsite event specialist we provided onsite project management to ensure a flawless production. Together with the sourcing of several digital suppliers Micemedia also this year played a key-role in the event.
Using just of our event specialist and the local and contracted suppliers we provide event-overlooking expertise. This way we combine extensive and independent expertise together with local expertise. Our client got best of both worlds.
Result
WindEurope could fully focus on the content and the organization aspects of the event. Because of the participation of Micemedia as consultancy and production company efficiency increased, cost were reduced and professional knowledge and expertise was onsite.
The event provided a great ambiance for over 8000 onsite delegates with “three days packed with learning opportunities”.
